Terms & Conditions
The simple rules for using this website and buying from us. We have written them the way we would explain them across the counter.
About these terms
These terms apply to xenflo.com.au and www.xenflo.com.au (the site), operated by Xenflo by Eduardo's (ABN 33 623 872 908), part of Eduardo's Pool & Spa at 87 Albert Road, Bunbury WA 6230. By using the site you agree to them. If you would rather not, please don't use the site and call us instead.
These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how your details are handled, and the warranty terms on our Warranty page. If anything here conflicts with a signed sales order, the signed order wins.
Where Xenflo stands today
Our Xenflo spas have arrived. The website now shows our models, specifications and brochures. We are still getting the showroom ready, with opening expected on 2 November 2026.
Contact us to confirm current pricing, availability and the details of your chosen spa before ordering. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. The details confirmed to you in writing at the time of order are the details that apply, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Opening dates, showroom arrangements and delivery windows are indicative and can move. We will always tell you directly if something affecting your order changes.
Quotes, orders and prices
Prices are not published on the site. A quote request or an interest registration is you asking us for information — it is not an order, a booking or a contract, and it does not reserve stock for you.
A sale is only agreed when a written sales order is signed by you and we have accepted any deposit or payment required by that order. Until then nothing is committed either way, and quoted figures are estimates that may change if the manufacturer's pricing, freight or specifications change.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we issue them unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Delivery and installation dates are targets, not guarantees, and depend on shipment arrival, site readiness and third-party trades.
Your site, delivery, installation and power
Before a spa arrives, the spot needs to be ready. In general that means a level, load-bearing base able to carry a full spa, a clear delivery path, and access for water filling and drainage. We will talk you through what your spot needs, but preparing the site is your responsibility unless your written order says otherwise.
Electrical work must be carried out by a licensed and authorised electrician to the requirements that apply in Western Australia. Electrical needs differ between models — some suit a suitable dedicated outlet, others need a hard-wired circuit — and the requirement for your spa is the one we confirm to you in writing at the time of order, not anything shown on this site. Have your electrician confirm the final requirement before any work begins. We are happy to speak with your electrician directly.
Plumbing, drainage, structural matters, council or strata approvals, and any work needed to satisfy them remain your responsibility unless your order states otherwise.
The Water Care tool
Water Care is an invite-only service for our spa and water-test customers. Access is personal to the approved account you sign in with — please don't share your login details, and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used them.
When you photograph a test strip, the readings and guidance you get back are general information to help you look after your water. They are not professional, scientific or engineering advice. Always confirm your own results with your test kit before adding anything, follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions and safety data sheets, store chemicals safely and out of reach of children, and never mix products.
You are responsible for the decisions you make about your own spa water. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage to your spa or surface, or for injury or loss, arising from acting on guidance from the tool. We may withdraw access if it is misused or if an account is no longer eligible.
Promotional offers
From time to time we run promotions, including our grand opening accommodation voucher offer. Offers run under their own conditions, which we publish on the offer page while the offer is live, and those conditions apply alongside these terms.
Opening-offer vouchers are supplied by an independent third-party provider and are booked and honoured by them, so their booking terms apply to your stay. Vouchers are allocated strictly in order of qualifying purchase and contain no element of chance. Once a voucher is allocated it cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or extended unless we say so in writing.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to gain access to areas or accounts that aren't yours, interfere with how the site works, copy or harvest information from it in bulk, or submit other people's personal details without their permission.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Content, features and pages may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time — including while our range is still being confirmed.
Names, logos and photographs
The Xenflo name and logo, the Eduardo's name, and the text, layout and imagery on this site belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by copyright and other laws. Xenflo is used as a trademark of our business.
You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Anything beyond that — republishing, copying for commercial use, or using our names or logos in your own advertising — needs our written permission. Photographs on the site may be indicative and may not show the exact finish of the spa you receive.
Other companies' services
Some parts of the site involve other companies — the map showing our showroom, the provider behind our opening-offer vouchers, and any trades we arrange for your installation. Each of those services is supplied under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for how they perform or handle your information, except where the law says otherwise.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Where we can lawfully limit our liability, we do so to the extent the law allows. For services, our liability may be limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Our voluntary manufacturer warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them.
Limits on our responsibility
The site and its information are provided for general purposes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using the site, relying on information on it, or from matters outside our reasonable control such as manufacturer delays, freight disruptions, severe weather or third-party trades. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business, our range and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last revised, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies. For anything already ordered, we will not apply changes that work against you without telling you first.
Which law applies, and how to reach us
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
Questions, complaints or requests about these terms are welcome — call 08 9721 5994, email admin@eduardospool.com.au, or come and see us at 87 Albert Road, Bunbury WA 6230. You can also contact Consumer Protection WA or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you'd rather speak to someone independent.
