Privacy Policy

Xenflo by Eduardo's (ABN 33 623 872 908) is part of Eduardo's Pool & Spa at 87 Albert Road, Bunbury WA 6230. We are the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have a privacy question, contact us on 08 9721 5994 or admin@eduardospool.com.au and we will handle it ourselves, not send you away.

What we collect depends on what you use the site for:

• Enquiries, quotes and the buyer's guide. Your full name, phone number, email address, street address or suburb and postcode, the spa size or model you are interested in, any notes you add, how you would like us to contact you, and the date your enquiry reached us.
• A Water Care account. Your email address and a password (stored in encrypted form), or — if you sign in with Google or Lovable — the name and email address that provider shares with your permission.
• Water Care checks. The photo of your test strip that you upload, the sanitiser type and spa volume you tell us about, and the readings and guidance we return, saved so you can see how your water has been trending.
• Our approved-customer list. Your email address, so we can confirm you are one of our spa or water-test customers before granting access to Water Care.
• As you browse. Basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as browser type and the address of the device connecting, and the location data used when the showroom map is displayed.

We do not ask for, or collect, sensitive information such as health details, financial account numbers or payment card data through this site. Please don't volunteer it in a notes field.

Mostly you give it to us directly, by filling in a form or signing up for an account. Some of it arrives from your sign-in provider when you choose to use Google or Lovable to sign in, and some technical information is created automatically as you browse.

If you give us someone else's details — for example a partner's phone number — please make sure they are happy for us to hold them.

We use your information to:

• answer your questions, prepare a quote and keep you updated on arrival dates
• deliver, install, service and warranty your spa, and keep a record of what was agreed
• give you access to Water Care and show you your own check history
• contact you about an enquiry you started, or an offer you asked us about
• keep records our accountant, insurer or the law requires us to keep
• keep the site secure, spot abuse, and fix problems when something breaks

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it so someone else can advertise to you. Marketing beyond what you have asked for happens only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing admin@eduardospool.com.au.

We keep your details in-house and only pass them on when it is needed to do the job:

• the companies that host our website and run our database and storage, who handle data only on our instructions
• a licensed electrician, courier, installer or other trade engaged to deliver or set up your spa
• the independent provider behind our opening-offer vouchers, if you redeem one, so they can arrange your stay
• our accountant, insurer or professional advisers, and authorities where we are required by law

We ask every provider we work with to use your information only for the job we have engaged them for and to protect it appropriately.

Some of the services behind this site run their servers outside Australia, and the map on our contact page is supplied by a provider that operates overseas. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the overseas recipient handles your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

If you would like to know which countries your information may be stored in, ask us and we will tell you.

When you sign in, your browser stores a small session record so you stay signed in and can see your own water-check history. The showroom map may also set its own cookies when it is displayed, which are managed by that provider.

You can clear or block these in your browser settings at any time. Signing out clears your session on this device. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working, such as signing in to Water Care.

Your information sits behind secure hosting with access limited to the people in our business who need it to help you. Test-strip photos are stored privately and are visible only to the account that uploaded them, and you can delete a check and its photo whenever you like. Connections to the site are encrypted.

No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever think your information with us has gone astray, tell us straight away and we will look into it and act.

Enquiry details are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry, and afterwards for as long as it reasonably takes to help with your purchase, delivery, servicing and warranty. Sales, payment and warranty records are kept for as long as Australian business record-keeping rules require — generally five years.

Your Water Care history is kept until you delete a check or close your account. If you would like earlier records removed, ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to retain.

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete your information where we are not legally required to keep it
• stop contacting you, or stop using your information for anything beyond an existing order
• close your Water Care account and remove your check history

These requests are free. Email admin@eduardospool.com.au or call 08 9721 5994. We aim to respond within 30 days, and if we ever can't give you what you have asked for we will explain why.

Tell us first — we would much rather fix it ourselves. Send your concern to admin@eduardospool.com.au or call 08 9721 5994 and we will investigate and come back to you.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or Consumer Protection WA. We will not make it harder for you to do so.

The site and Water Care are written for adults who own or are buying a spa. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information, and if we learn that we have, we remove it.

We may update this policy as our services and the law change. The revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top, and that date tells you which version applies. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly rather than leaving it to this page.
