- Seating that suits you. Upright seats, deeper seats and lounge options change the experience — try them before deciding.
- Hydrotherapy where you need it. Jet groupings are arranged around shoulders, back and legs for steady, comfortable pressure.
- Simple day-to-day care. Scheduled filtration and a well-fitted cover keep the routine short.
- Placement matters. A level base or reinforced deck, safe electrical supply and easy access for servicing all need planning early.

Five things worth sorting out first
A quick way to narrow the field before you start comparing. Bring your answers to the showroom and the conversation gets much easier.

How you'll use it
Winding down after work, family splashing on weekends, soothing hydrotherapy sessions, or hosting the ultimate spa‑side hangouts with your favourite people. However you plan to enjoy it, your main vibe shapes everything else.

Seats and layout
Think about how many people usually hop in at once, and whether you’re more of a lounge‑and‑stretch type or prefer upright seating for chats and drinks.
- Step 3
Space and surrounds
Measure your pad or deck area, allow room to walk around it, and consider shade, privacy and drainage.
- Step 4
Access and delivery
Gates, tight corners, slopes, steps, and overhead wires all make a difference. Send us a few photos and we’ll walk you through what’s realistic for your setup.
- Step 5
Budget and running costs
Consider the purchase, site preparation, electrical work and ongoing running costs together, not separately. It’s all part of the same decision.
