Before you build
Please send us your site measurements, access photos and chosen spa model before constructing the base, deck or enclosure. We'll review the site with you and flag anything worth planning around before work begins.

- Foundation complete, level and fully supporting the base
- Drainage planned away from the spa and equipment
- Access retained on all four sides for servicing
- Delivery route measured end to end
- Photos and measurements sent to Eduardo's
- Council or shire and fencing requirements checked
- Licensed electrician booked for the model's requirements
- Delivery cost confirmed after access assessment
- Authorised adult available on delivery day
